Many "emergencies" can be eased with the help of advice over the phone and my staff will be happy to help you. If they are unable to immediately answer your needs they will be able to return your call as soon as they have had the opportunity to discuss the matter with me.
Sometimes a visit to the practice will be necessary, which may be apparent when you call, and so an appointment will be made for you at the earliest convenience.
Out of hours, our answerphone message will advise you how to get help. You will also be able to leave us a message for us to deal with the next time we are in the practice.
During my absence from the practice, one of my staff will normally be present to take your calls and my colleague will be able to attend to your needs.
